I have 4.10 years of experience in automation testing and I'm currently at 6 LPA. I have an HR round with Deloitte coming up and Infosys just offered me 9 LPA. I'm wondering how much I should ask for at Deloitte and how much I can realistically negotiate with Infosys.

I am underpaid almost 30% in cyber security field how can I explain manager to increase my salary actually for some reason I don't want to Switch for next some months and I got to know from one trusted person in company our manager have forwarded our 4-5 employee name for appraisal due to many employee leaving company so should I take counter offer and show them before appraisal mail come or after appraisal mail ??

I am currently working at a prod based company as a QA Engineer in a maintenance project. I joined 7 months back. They offerred me an SDET+DevOps role. And all this while I was mostly working on manual. There is no scope and value to automation in this project.

I have an offer from a service based company with 25% hike from my current ctc. They have offered a API automation project.

Is it wise to leave now or should I wait for an year?
