Anybody know what the salary may be for this position at Bank of America? Relationship Administrator III - CRE & CDB Construction Monitoring Team. I have the similar position with another institution and was wondering if the salary is comparable. They are about to start reviews and wanted some info to negotiate if salary is higher or may apply to BofA. Thanks.

Ex-boss, now external, offered me a role. Offer is not “official” but it’s a serious offer. Was asked to consider joining so I can go through the HR/recruiting process of a formal offer. While I would leave to work for them, I’d prefer to stay if I was offered the same money at current firm. Should I or can I talk to my current manager about a raise while mentioning this unofficial offer? I don’t want to burn bridge with ex-boss by going through hr process to then decline if current firm matches

When do teams finalize headcount? I had my hiring manager interview in November then was told there was a reorg and they had to wait until January to finalize headcount before moving forward in the hiring process. Trying to decide if I should interpret this as a rejection or hold out hope.

I recently accepted a role where I’m managing a team of 6 people and effectively leading the marketing department, reporting to the President. I’m having a hard time finding time to actually do my work. I’m just in meetings all day. I wonder if I’m just struggling with going from being an individual contributor to being a director, or maybe i need to get better at delegating, or I need to hire another person on the team. Anyone else struggle to adjust like this? Any tips?

Anyone else feel depressed over crypto? I bought maybe 8k worth in 2017, watched it go to 32k and then drop back to 8 and then to a low of 3k during the pandemic. I often averaged down, especially last year after i realized that they were climbing back up after the pandemic drop. At the end of 2020, my fiancée and i had huge costs with a lot of life changes, and made the decision to sell crypto since it was finally green and things with it felt a lot more uncertain than they do now.

Is it safe to walk around with a newborn (<4 months) around the park in an infant car seat clipped into the stroller or reclined uppababy cruz stroller seat or is that what bassinets are for?
