I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. So, I've realised there's a problem with developers, a lot of them are coders, not engineers. And another issue, is that, companies don't really care about their progression as far as I'm aware, so what did you guys do in your own time to transition from being a coder to an engineer?

I had my package discussion with HR and they asked me to submit the documents for approval. In the meantime I received a link from Capgemini to take the Mocha English Pro test.

Can anyone help me understand what this test is about and what kind of questions we can expect..I would appreciate your quick response as I have 2 days left to complete the test.
