I have recently selected in Infosys. In the launchpad, the BGV is still in Initiated state. Any idea, when will it get completed?

Coz, I have initiated the BGV, but the status says "Not ok to onboard", and I have heard till the BGV is completed it would be in this state only.

Why did you pursue a career in public sector consulting instead of private sector?

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

I feel like I am being taken advantage of. ADVISE APPRECIATED.

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.
