2. KPMG Global : Assistant Manager, 21.5 LPA
3. Hashout Technologies : SDE-2, 22 LPA
4. TruKKer: Tech Lead , 19 LPA + 5 ESOP
YOE : 6.9 Years.
Which one should i be joining considering my priority is Tech & Onsite opportunity.

I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

9 hours majority of days, unless there’s an emergency.
Morning routine: glass of water before looking at phone, 10 mins of med in bed, exercise, shower.
Evening routine: take off makeup and brush teeth to podcast, put on audible sleep timer for 8 mins or listen to headspace sleepcast to fall asleep.
Not much with a 3-month-old at home 🥴
Congratulations! Then while you don’t get much sleep I hope you have a lot of family time to thoroughly enjoy it 😄
I insist on 7 hours minimum in order to be productive. I do 30 push ups when I wake up, and some yoga poses, gets the heart pumping.
Usually 6, 7 on a good day, 4 on a bad day. Always at least 4
8 hours every day! I drink warm lemon water in the morning and do Super Brain Yoga for 5-10 mins
On avg 5/6 hrs mon-thur. No phone in bed might help but that’s not happening for me.
6-7 hours. Meditating in the morning has made me feel refreshed.
8 hours.
Wake up, meditate and brief journaling for 15min, then 30min of yoga.
Before bed, will drink sleep tea, and read.
