Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I got my Tata Consultancy offer letter 9.50 LPA two months ago, with that I put down my papers in CTS, now the problem is I got two good Offers Uplers - 14 LPA and Larsen & Toubro Infotech -13 LPA
can i ask TCS to match this offer, if so how can i ask them?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Like unreasonably denying clear facts, or trying to fish for a way to sanction you?
