Hi Fishes,
My date of joining with Infosys was scheduled on 12th September but this morning (9th sep) i received mail from HR that my DOJ has been postponed to October 3 as the BGV is under process.
I have also contacted the HR and he confirmed that all of my documents are properly uploaded in the Launchpad.
How long will it take to complete the BGV ?
Is there any chance that the DOJ will go beyond Oct 3?
Being a lateral employee with 9 years of experience, its high risk to stay jobless

Yes, HR said that it's not only for me. There are other 16 candidates as well in the same situation. When asking about the three weeks delay he said, we need a smoother onboarding process and hence I postponed it to 3 weeks. This was his reply.

I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? Hi Fishes,

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?
