Cross-posting: Im trying to flip a new build - long story, but have had certain circumstances come up and can't keep the home - but I'm now competing with the builder because they have homes still being built in the neighborhood (there is nothing against me selling it). They have started offering added incentives and low balling due to market conditions. What do I have and what can I do to sell mine? Or should I give up and just rent it out and wait? Anybody ever regret moving from B4 to a start up? Just because there’s so many less perks (lots of PTO, fun events, etc)?

Need some positive suggestions.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.

Is offer amount justified as per my exp ? And what about the growth factor and work life balance in capgimini..
