What should one expect from the Hiring manager interview round at Accenture (ACN)? Could you please give me some insight.

Any Amazon counsel or other FAANG attorneys willing to share how their comp review has worked? I’m really happy with my offer(lower base, really high signing bonus and decent RSUs) and was told their would be yearly comp reviews but wondering how that plays out the first few years...

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.

I feel that in order to level up you need to be accepted by the 'inner circle'. I'm not so good as 'playing the game' when it comes to 'banter' in order to please people...is being the best at my role not enough?

Just accepted a position in legal compliance at a F50 company. If I leave in a few years to get an LLM in a field I’m passionate about, would that make transitioning back to law more feasible?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Job transition question: I recently accepted an offer for a new role with Merrill Lynch, the following day I was fired from my previous employer. I haven’t filled out the updated work history background check info yet. The reason for termination was due to performance expectations not being met. Should I reach out to my new employer and let them know that I’ve been terminated? Should I just put the termination update on the background check form and leave it at that? Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
