Looking for input . My company's policy has always been to pay out on rollover PTO when you leave the company. My last day was Jan 8th, and I had 10 days from 2020 I was supposed to be paid on. I talk to my manager and a VP in HR, and they both confirmed I would be paid on the PTO in my Jan 15th paycheck. However, I was not paid and when I emailed about it I was told there was a PTO policy change in April of 2020 and the company no longer pays on carry over PTO...

Base 142 with 100% match, so 284 OTE. Accelerators after 100, which doubles up to 125. (101 to goal will garner 102 in commission, 105 will 110, caps out at 125 so max is 150% commission)

Q1 is looking good already so feel good about things. But curious if this is a good deal.

I've reached out to recruiters, applied for jobs, and networked. I am now at a bit of a stalemate on how to move forward. Has anyone any suggestions on securing a role in the middle east moving from the UK?!?

Anyone experience their LO’s going through sleep regressions around 1.5 year mark? My daughter has always been a great sleeper but lately she’s been waking up around 3am every night sitting up in her crib and crying.
