How do you/do you ever get over imposter syndrome?

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? All feedback or comment is very much appreciated, thank you!

I have been promised a promotion three times now, but when the time comes, I'm told I'm not there yet. Why promise something if you clearly don't want to execute it?

How do you guys handle working with a staff accountant who just completely ignores you when you delegate work down to them, and who gives you an attitude all the time? If I send an email, I also have to follow up with her on teams multiple times, and hope after a few hours she actually does what she says she will do. I moved from public to industry recently, and I’ve always had great staff that wanted to do well and have never experienced working with someone who just doesn’t want to do the job.

Cognizant is worst when it comes to tech hiring. They randomly call up people if they want to take an interview, and never give u call/mail whether an interview have been scheduled. Never tell you what time the interview is gonna be or how it's gonna be. And suddenly one day when u are taking a afternoon nap, the interview panel will call u on ur cell.

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? Anyone using Edward Jones? Feel like we did a mistake and rolled over all my husbands retirement accounts from different employers and our kids 529 under them Jan 2020. Since then market is down and accounts lost20%. But the fees every month is pretty high around $200. I am worried to move it to fidelity or some other place and manage myself(not very confident), then I have to sell all of the Edward Jones managed funds and buy new. sell low buy low makes sense but don’t want to loose anymore.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
