I'm a female employee with 3+ experience from Kolkata.
Recently I saw a New job opening has been posted by Deloitte with my matching domain & experience. But prefered location is mentioned as Mumbai/ Bangalore.

My concern is since I have some dependencies in my home , is there any chance that Deloitte is going to adjust the location as per the my preference?

Anyone in Corp Dev M&A? Received verbal offer today and it was a total boner killer that sounds non negotiable. Offer came thru random guy in HR vs hiring mgr/director and seriously considering going around hr cause the guy sounded lazy asf.@

Would like to understand market comp for in office CD roles, 4+yrs m&a experience and 25-40 advisories under belt. It’s an F500. Basically a pay cut of like 60-75% lol, idk if they’re testing me or serious. Edit: Happy to give any additional details.

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.
