Joining Google soon - any good books/tips on doing well in Google/a tech environment in a non-technical role?

I have recently moved to Long Beach, CA and I am currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator or Technical Recruiter role close by. I am also open to hybrid or remote jobs.
5 years of HR and Admin experience, masters in business and management and currently reading towards my SPHR. Also looking for someone well experienced in the field to serve as a career mentor.

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

Recruiter reached out to schedule what I am quite sure is going to be a rejection after my on site. Anything productive I can try to get out of the call? Maybe future consideration?

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. Hi All, I recently got an offer from google. For the compensation, the recruiter had not come up with an offer and had repeatedly asked me for an estimate during compensation call. They matched the number that I gave her ($260k) based on my market research. Base is at $151k, 15%bonus , $261k/4 years. This is L4 PgM. Any negotiation ideas to bump up the base? Should I ask her or will it sound too greedy?
