Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I haven’t had this type of position before and am unsure what to say. I want to reach for the stars but don’t want to come across with a scary offer. Can anyone advise or have any salary ranges? I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Do you have model to share?

I have another offer who are paying me 18.7 lpa (17 fixed + 1.7 var) + 1 lakh JB.
My current CTC is 10.75 (8.05 + var) and YOE 3.6
Is it possible to negotiate with IBM.
I have left with 45 days notice period.

Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
