Hi - I am an S2 in audit. I am wondering if it is truly worth it to wait 1 and a half years to get the manager title and then recruit from there. I definitely do not want the do the manager position, but wondering if it’s worth staying to get a better job recruiting with the manager title.

I can't ask for help as I'm going to hand in my notice in two weeks and then stay for another three more only, but I feel incapable of even getting through those five weeks. How do I make it out ok?

My new company has a huge table where they gather to eat lunch together (company paid lunches every day) and my desk is nearby. The other day I heard two male coworkers talking and one said the phrase “don’t be a pu**y”. I know cursing in the workplace isn’t technically against the law, but thoughts on words like that?? Do you ever feel like you’re just never going to experience real love or be that ‘special someone’ for somebody? I moved to US a couple of years back and did my CPA. I accepted an offer of 58k for tax associate at a PA firm. Getting experience was my priority. Now after 3 years I am at 76k. Priority has shifted from experience to money. Is 76k low/high/about right for 3 years of experience at a mid sized firm?

Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma.
