I got offer from CGI of 20.9 (20 fixed) LPA with 20 fixed I counter them and they're ready to make it around 22 (21 fixed) with 1 L JB but not more than that. Am I being offered right amount according to my YOE and skills?

Hi All- I’m looking for a super simple time tracking platform to integrate with Asana for a team of 5. All we need it for is to see how much time is going into different projects that our department is managing. That’s it. I got promoted and finally make 150K which was my dream salary (I know it's not high by NY standards, but I come from a lower income household so I am grateful to be earning this). I've always lived with a roommate and I was going to find my own place once I hit that mark.. but I find myself so scared of spending 2K+ on rent alone.
