I have been contacted by HR in the last week of November 2025 for a Role of Full Stack Developer. I provided all the necessary details and then there was nothing from their side.

Suddenly on the 1st week of Jan I got another call from another HR for the same role. This time they scheduled my interview.

I joined the interview and from my side I think it went well. What will be the next step and how much time they take to go forward to the next step if selected. Any Idea?

How many PTOs we have in project delivery model? Today was my first day and I could not find this information anywhere.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.
