How many PTOs we have in project delivery model? Today was my first day and I could not find this information anywhere.

My yearly appraisal in on the way. I worked for the same client for the last year but in 3 different projects. I received client appreciations in all 3 projects and in addition I also helped my account in creating proposals, etc. What should I expect in terms of rating and monitory appraisal. Would be thankful to any genuine advice.

How is the manager role of Deloitte India for analytics and cognitive practice? Anybody from this practice who can help me on this decision please. How is wlb, I know mine is going to be client facing and that I would be expected to do more that just project work but does that mean I would have to work on getting projects for practice or how it will be?

First year: how long without a full ramp up before I should worry? I’m sub-250 hours since I started (3.5 months) and the firm/group are both busy. Other first years in my group are mixed. Hi all! I picked up a part time job as “computer support” a few months ago and have since found myself doing a lot more than anticipated. I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response. Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.
How am I supposed to give notice to my current employer without knowing BGC status ?
Please advise if someone faced this situation.
(P.S. I don’t have any record, just being cautious because I am on H1B/work visa)

Switching from PDM 2 to SpM, should I expect a pay adjustment?

PDM specialist at 96k. I have an option to select PDM Specialist 2 or PDM Manager for my promotion with the PPMD. Which one is advisable to prefer Pay wise? I am thinking to take PDM 2 to increase my base pay for the manager.

I am in PDM Specialist/ senior consultant 1 &2. This is my promotion year. How do i conform the next title is PDM specialist 2 or the PDM manager?
