Is that even I would encounter some day, or I should stick in here and grow smoothly.Don't get me wrong,I'm trying to align myself.I asked my one year seniors from college, they told people struggle to reach big4.Y u even asking this.. I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role.
