I wanted to gauge what is a general salary that ones been offered on this team. I felt lowballed at $79k/annual, initially offered 74k. This is given that I had 1.5 years in land use planning and a recent masters graduate in urban planning.

Work at an in-house agency for a huge company. I’m a contract worker, and I get paid $50 an hour, equaling about 100k+ per year. They want to bring me on full time, should I expect them to match that?

Any idea how many days they can postpone joining date due to BGV process. When I check with recruiter, they are saying 80% of BGV process is completed and trying to get the approval from bgv team.
