Hi guys, I hav a serious query, I got offer letter from tcs on 14 feb 2023, so I resigned frm my company with 3 months notice period, due to last of business requirement my recruiter called my and said my joining is postponed to more 2- 2.5 months and shall notify and on board based on requirement. I have already resigned frm my current company and I have only 1 offer in my hand of tcs..Kindly suggest shall I leave my current company and wait?Does tcs cancel offer letter at end?Tata Consultancy

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?
