Looking to pivot into healthcare consulting. I come from a MHA background with a two year Administrative Fellowship following it. Any experience breaking into one of the top consulting firms with this type of background?

Presence Saint is criminal… they billed my insurance over $5,600 for an er visit plus an additional $1,100 for the physician to interpret results of my ekg. I have high deductible insurance and understand that I need to meet that deductible…but the charges to my insurance provider (UHC) seem astronomical for the services i received. I had some chest pain, physician basically said “no big deal” and now big bill

Does this make sense at all? Any guidance on steps to get these charges reduced?

I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and 8 years of experience in hearing aid sales, where I've gained nothing useful enough to transition to another field (at least I don't think so). Hello Fishes, I have offers from Deloitte, EY & Oracle. Which one should i go for. I will be joining oracle practice in EY & Deloitte. My skillsets include oracle DBA, apps DBA, DevOps, Oracle Cloud Admin, python & bash scripting.

Most of the company has notice period as 90days but during interviews, they expect the candidate to join within 30 days. I know it's all based on requirement and criticality but even though the candidate is best suited and has knowledge, why can't they wait for him/her to join after 90 days?
