I'll be joining at Cisco on 29th October I need to know what are all the things i need to be prepared of or what can I expect in the upcoming weeks.

1) The onboarding is virtual or physical?
2) when I'll be receiving the laptop will it be couriered or I need to collect it from office?
3) when my id number and email will be generated?
4) i assume i need to collect the ID card form office?
5) what are all the documents i need to have handy before DOJ?

Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)
