Hi, how to get release from project. I am a new joinee and got project allocation on day one it self in TCS.

I want a different domain. Currently in service desk and I want to switch to cloud domain.
How long should I wait to ask for project release.Please provide your suggestions.

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? My manager knows that everything I've worked w her on I end up doing 90% of the work when it's meant to be split so it is a known issue. We're both at level 3 so are genuinely peers. PDM specialist at 96k. I have an option to select PDM Specialist 2 or PDM Manager for my promotion with the PPMD. Which one is advisable to prefer Pay wise? I am thinking to take PDM 2 to increase my base pay for the manager.
