Hi.. I got an offer letter from ust recently.. when I put my resignation, my company given my last working day as Jan 6 th 2025. But when I got this offer my company not ready to giving my experience and releaving letter and compelling to serve my actual Notice period that mentioned at the time of joining that is 3 months.. mean again I need to stay here for 2 months.. but I need to join ust on Jan 7th.. is there any solution..?? Please help me

I signed for a new job two months ago and will start next month (3 mo notice period in Europe). They were very keen on getting me on-board ASAP before signing but since I signed the contract it has been silent from the new employee. I've emailed them with questions as I'll be re-locating to NL and it takes them 1-2 weeks to reply. Given all that's going on in the world, I'm worried they might fire me before I even start.
