Hi I have a offer from deloitte usi for 16 lpa fixed with 2 lakh joining bonus and with accenture it's 17 and 1.5 joining bonus, in terms of sal growth and bonus, which is better? If I join deloitte in may 2026, will I be eligible for june 2027 month hike and bonus? Accenture is offering upto 21 percent bonus but I've heard it's max 6-9 pecernt and even less for first year. Help!

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close.
