Hi i have cleared all rounds in accenture it took 2 and half months to complete the interview process and hr called me to submit 3 months payslip and address proof after 3 days i was not able to see my application status,even hr is not receiving the call nor i am getting updated.Sent mail to recruitment team but no issue

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
