Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini

Bro chill. If you really want to switch then take this offer and look for other offers. You might get beyond 10 LPA also.
Once you get that offer immediately reply to them that you are not joining the Accenture company. Show them the offer. Specially to that HR. Show them your worthiness.
April is too long to wait for the increment. Go for the switch.

Get the offer and ditch them later by getting another offer. Easily you will get around 10 Lpa in current market situation.

This happen when they have other candidate who have similar skill set and ready to work with less amount (offered to you). It happens some time move on.

She said this is the highest we can offer. I don't know why there is such time wastage of mine as well as theirs. I have 2.4 years of experience as a full stack. Is this correct to offer 5.2 as basic pay and 6.3 as CTC whereas my current CTC is 4.56L. So I said that if they pay me basic as 7-8 I will join otherwise I won't. So she said for now my candidate id will be put on hold and if the team finds it good enough to offer this much then we will revert back. After such a long process and clearing everything, this is not what one expects. Any suggestions, was it correct?
You will get 12-13 easily. Take this offer, keep trying for other offers.
