I struggle with this so much. The best advice I’ve heard is to practice mindfulness - Accept that it didn’t go as planned. Don’t try to judge it. Remember what’s important, which is that you are still currently employed and you’re learning everyday, preparing for the rest of your career.
When you’re successful down the road, it will be a funny story you tell at cocktail parties.
I was laid off nearly four months ago and am not currently employed — I think that’s also why it’s messing with me so much. Thank you for the advice, though. I definitely do need to practice mindfulness, try to let it go, and keep the big picture in mind.

Why do you think it was bad? There's a million reasons they might not move forward, the candidate's performance in the interview is only one of them.
Don't beat yourself up. Think carefully about the interview. Go on every other interview you can get.
Think of it like sex: even the bad sex can teach you something. Practice, practice, practice.
