This is normal across multiple product based companies.. Even if you consider any product companies established decades back in India, even today they would have contract employees and vendor employees of certain ratio (say 70:30).. But, since LTC is a new setup in India, they made it almost like 50:50 between own and contract employees, and slowly they would alter the ratios by hiring more full-time employees. There is a reason why they have certain %Tage of contract/vendor employees in every team... during the times of cost cutting, contract/Vendors r the first ones to be removed..
Also, C2H roles are always like this.. and there is no written clause that u will be converted to a full-time employee..
since they took huge amount of people as contractors to show headcount and removing them gradually, which is worst kind of management policy done by any company I worked before,
I told will go to Labour commission to complain, they told do whatever you do, you performed badly we can also defend, the thing is they give offers with unbelievable amount based on previous package and will lure people to join, once you join will become scapegoat, I recommend dont join through c2h here, and if I ever got chance, I wont join LTC as permanent employee either.
Once c2h guy become fulltime, do we still have remark as a c2h ?
And please give us a figure, how many c2h guys are release out of how many ?
