Hi ladies - need advice on where to look for nice, high quality holiday party appropriate dresses - ideally with sleeves and not skin tight - likely online since I don’t live in a major metro market - I was an eShakti gal for the past 5+ years, but they are now apparently out of business 😱 TIA!! 💙

Man I wish I had a good answer to this, I feel like everything is so ugly and outrageously expensive these days. I stick with Everlane for most professional wear but they don't often have good special event attire. I'd probably look at Anthropologie or maybe Banana Republic/J Crew. Nothing too exciting at any of these places but they serve an older demographic so things will be more modest I bet

Have you tried ASOS? I have been able to find affordable options for party dresses.

I just went to J Crew for the first time in years and was so pleasantly surprised by the clothes they have right now - lots of great holiday looks!

Do you follow Corporette? That site has been really helpful for me in picking the right attire for all occasions, and it turned me onto some brands I wouldn’t know otherwise.

Hi fishes, joined wipro recently with 13 yrs of exp but here the first step is to complete coding test.. is it mandate for all or depends on the project.. any idea how complex it will be ?

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

How easy is it to get a mortgage for the second home?

Household income - 300k

Happy to add more details as needed

Thanks
