All are giving almost same CTC with almost same role. Which organisation should i join . Also I have question if pune will suit me or not. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I'm in consulting now and recently got the opportunity to switch an APM role within TCS. This is for the new b2b product they are building, I interviewed and got selected. (No pay rise)

What are the possibilities of landing an apm role in a product company after a short stint with TCS? I don't want to stay in TCS after 5 to 6 months.
