My friend got a college placement in Jio Financial Services in Dec 2023 along with a few other batchmates.
However, they haven’t got their offer letters yet. The only communication which happened was in early March when they asked for Basic details over an email.
Does anyone know what is their usual TAT for offer letters and when can we expect the joining date?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.

My brilliant team is being dissolved. My team is what made the work so enjoyable, not the job itself. I’m feeling pretty…stunned, I guess, and nervous about going through this again in the future.

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
