I have stayed with my current Organization for 10 years. I got a job opportunity but my current organization is now offering me promotion and salary hike. I don't know what to do staying in current company can make me lazy or changing to a newer company is a good option.. please advice

Curious to get perspective...I have 2 kids in elementary school and I have no idea how my working spouse and I are going to manage virtual learning. I understand there’s no obvious solution, but curious if you find it odd that there’s no acknowledgment by leadership that this is a massive issue facing a large portion of the workforce (with potential implications to the business)? My friend was hired for the management consulting team in one of the big 4 for a new service line that was incorporated this year. He joined in April 2021. Since then he has been put on bench with no actual projects. Only training and few support projects without any actual hours.
How do you think it will effect his career? Do you think he should start applying outside?

I moved to Bangalore to join a new company and realised it was shitty in a couple of months. Bad management, poor policies, no wlb, narcissistic CEO, consistently late salary,etc. Worked day and night for weeks to ship products.

I'm serving notice period and they're trying to give me a hard time just because they hate me for leaving. They want me to do things that aren't written in company policy documents and cornering me.

Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team.
