How do i link my Oracle LinkedIn Learning account to my Personal LinkedIn Account?

In other companies, employees can link it and share the certificate on personal accounts from Organisation's LinkedIn learning account.
I completed a certification and now I am unable to share that in my personal LinkedIn account.

Anyone who has done this this??
