How is HTC global services in terms of job security...I will get an offer on Monday.
I got directly interviewed by a client they will deploy to that project.
But I got in doubt because they tried to offer me a consultant role type instead of a permanent role.
They said in consultation no pf or gratuity deduction is not going to happen your ctc will be directly divided by 12 that much u will get as a monthly salary.
Now it finds it a bit suspicious because they try to give me consultation role.
