How is life with Bank of New York Mellon Client in Virtusa for dotnet + angular role?

Anyone know what the current atmosphere is like in McCann New York after they lost one of their biggest clients, U.S. Army? Does losing such a client deteriorate an agency’s culture/career prospects?

So I work for a small company as a SEM/Director… which in my world just means I am really Lead Developer, Part BA and part product owner as well as reviewing the devs. I came up in this company starting at about SE3 of 5 so the position is just kind of what I made it. I have recently been getting interest from some larger companies like Amazon. Long preamble to ask, what are the day to day responsibilities/expectations of an SEM at a FAANG?

Microsoft Interview - Customer Solutions Architecture
I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. FYI, a recruiter from RANDSTAD America is coordinating the interview, not sure if that makes a difference. 

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.
Now complete team left and I am only left in project as not getting much motivation to work on . Working as Project lead currently

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

IMO I’ve never seen more pharma jobs open. And I keep seeing so many people in non-pharma looking for new jobs... well, we’ve got them. What’s the disconnect? Why do you think people won’t make the switch?

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
