How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

I have fallen into depression because except the first few years of my career, I haven’t had a good team. My bosses were all horrible - siding with client even at ridiculous ASAP requests, toxic boss mentality, or casually throwing me under the bus and not listening to me. I am now at a point where I know what I did and why, but maybe that I am the incapable one… I had to move my jobs within 3-4 months and I don’t want to do that anymore. Has anyone gone through this? I got an offer from Mphasis but joining date is August 12 But my LWD is 16 Sept. So just wanted to know will Mphasis extend the joining date.

I had HR round discussion on last Saturday with Mphasis, they told me that they will release offer letter on Monday or Tuesday but today is Friday I didn't receive offer letter yet, only received selection mail from talent team on Wednesday.

My joining date in other organization is 13-sept.
