How is the Experience center doing? I used to be in the team but moved to a different team- wondering about what work the EC is winning and how healthy the team is?

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.

My total experience is 6.5 years and my current ctc is 10.6 Lakh and i work in servicenow domain. I have got h1b but stamping is in october. Should I wait until then or is it better to switch. Please provide your valuable suggestions.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

That was 20 days ago and it’s been complete silence, no interview scheduled and no feedback. Is that normal? What should I think/do?
