Hi everyone! I was recently interviewing with PwC. Had my first interview which went very well, HR called me couple of days later and informed me she will schedule a second interview with a partner. That was 20 days ago and it’s been complete silence, no interview scheduled and no feedback. Is that normal? What should I think/do?

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?

No WD certification.

What’s the fast way to become a concept guru?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Been questioning my friendship with a group of girls. Really close to them before (been hanging out since high school), but all they do is gossip, shop, and talk about superficial things, and I just started realizing how our interests are different too in the recent years. When is it time to drop the friendship if you feel like the odd one out?
