We implemented an AI chatbot for our policy and procedures. The goal was to help employees feel more empowered to answer their own questions instead of speaking to a representative every single time they want an answer about their benefits. A lot of employees ignore it and still go straight to one of us though, so I'm not sure it's very effective.

I am seeing organisations take a cautious, fragmented approach. AI is mostly used in recruitment screening and learning content rather than performance management. The biggest challenges tend to be data quality, bias risk, and lack of clear governance rather than the technology itself.
