So... I have questions for change/org effectiveness practitioners who have successfully leveraged their experiences to acquire high paying, high level roles in industry. How did you do it? How to discuss higher salary based on change in expected work hours per week

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
