I have started having the same exact thing - had googled it and read it had to do with menopause and less estrogen. Mine also seems like hives in some places - by which I mean, I will all of a sudden have something that looks like a mosquito bite but it will only last briefly - upper palm of my hand, or a single one of the back of my neck, or around my waistline or lower back. And also it will look like your picture. At first I was scratching them but it made it worse. Now I just put eucerin on to moisturize snd that almost always helps. My boyfriend isn’t having any of this which is why I don’t think it is insect bites. Also, I think for me, some of this seemed to start after I recently was on antibiotics (cefalexin/keflex is the brand) but I finished the pills about two weeks ago. But it is as though they intiatiated something. I read that both that type of antibiotic and menopause can cause rashes. I plan to ask my dr.

Interesting!! Glad you got some answers. I don’t take any meds regularly other than my HRT.
I have been getting it on my arms and elbows 😩
Try using coconut oil, works wonders
Moles can grow in menopause, too. We just get uglier and uglier!! 🤣
Wisdom comes at a price.
I think so! And stress. I have had “discoid” eczema on my lower legs
