How much should I expect as compensations for Associate Scrum Master 5 in Blackrock with 7 YOE ?

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

Looking to settle a debate between myself and a few friends - at what point is it appropriate to ask someone you’re dating if they’re also dating other people? Relatedly, do you have an obligation to tell whoever you’re dating that you’re dating other people?

How do I politely decline that I’m not okay to make out in the first date or when the guy calls me over to his place after we meet/eat/drink? I want to take things slowly & know the person before getting physical. Not everyone might like this but that’s what I am & this whole thing appears off-putting.

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

I’m relocating to London and would love to hear recommendations on neighborhoods. I am looking for an “urban village” feel (small coffee shops, not very touristy, can walk a dog and stroller) with a budget of 3K for a 1-2 bdr. My commute would be into Soho.
