Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

St John's Wood is top-notch. Great choice.
SJW too American and sleepy for my taste…! And I’m American.
Some options south of the river - Blackheath or Wimbledon Village or Dulwich Village. All very nice
Belsize Park! If you don’t want to use the northern line you can live closer to the ‘Swiss cottage’ end of things. Google Belsize village to have a look at the area
Would strongly recommend looking closer to St Johns wood/ primrose hill with a 3K/ month budget, much nicer areas.
- and Queens Park, NW London
QP rocks! Salusbury and Lonsdale Road 💕

How much are they paying you if you have a 3k budget 😱

Hampstead and Highgate are also understatedly posh neighborhoods. Not sure how you feel about commuting via the Northern line, though.
Do you mean when the heating is on? Or when it is crowded? Tbf, it's the same in every line when it's crowded
Greenwich and Blackheath. There’s a direct train from Blackheath to Charing Cross.
I second Greenwich and blackheath!!
Highbury / Islington also good - lots of parks so good for kids and pets. Fun pubs and good restaurants without being overly American like Notting Hill. Probably depends how old your kids are though and whether you need good school options. But I’ve really liked it!
Look at Highgate, Hampstead, Muswell Hill.
Bernondsey! Good location and up and coming
Amazing location to test the new pepper sprays in the market
3k GBP? If so those areas may be too expensive. Clapham, Blackheath, Putney all good options.
Blatantly false comment, plenty of nice 2bdrs in those areas under 3k
Also look at Kew
You’ve done pretty well narrowing down already- I’d lose Notting Hill from the list you have an look at either St Johns Wood or Chelsea, say Sloane Square area
Hampstead will give you that village feel but will probably be out of budget (and it is touristy!). You might find some places in Highgate or West Hampstead. Alternatively Crouch End - definitely village-like and quite a bit more affordable. If you would consider going east, there are some lovely village-like areas in Hackney - around Victoria Park and up towards Broadway Market. These should be in budget. Good luck!
Hammersmith

With 3k in the Hampstead, st JW and primrose hill area you are looking at 1000 sqft+ 2-3 bed flats. That should be sufficient for most with a small family.
Paddington basin for your criteria. 1 beds are around 2.4K plus bills and 2 beds around 3.5k plus bills

St. John’s Wood, West Hampstead and Chelsea/Kensington/Fulham. Notting hill properties are old and shoe box
