A customer brought me a Christmas gift today. So sweet. What's the nicest thing a customer has ever done for you?

I had a customer last year come in when I worked at Dollar Tree and she had forgotten her bank card because her husband still had it her order was only like $13 so I paid for it for her and I didn't expect anything back I just did a pay it forward. The following week she came in with a container of Christmas cookies that she had made for me. I about broke out into tears cuz nobody's ever done that for me before I've seen the manager at the store get stuff all the time from customers but never have I gotten anything from a customer I was just looking to do a nice thing for somebody I know how it is when you only have one bank card and your spouse has it and you're out doing things you have to do.

A client brought me some chocolates on my birthday, he heard us a week before talking about it. I felt so good :)

That's so sweet! I've never had anything like this happen to me with a client

Sometimes a flower vendor shows up at the restaurant and one time one of our customers actually bought me one :)

I've had some very generous tips from some of our regulars. Honestly, that's the best kind of gift I could ask for

My favorite customers are those who show me some basic human decency and don't act snappy with me for no reason lol

What's the gift tho 👀👀

A lady once bought me lunch for Christmas. I was kind of struggling and she didn't know about it, but it made my whole week.

A very generous tip after I provided them with excellent service! They told me that they really appreciated my helpful attitude and attention to detail during their visit, which made me feel incredibly grateful.

A guy once started talking to me while I was bartending. He said he just wanted to chat, and since the place was a bit empty that day, we had a great conversation.

A customer once gave me a ride to the hospital because I burned myself with the coffe machine. It was such an amazing act of kindness that I still remember it to this day; it really touched my heart!

Little kid who was having a birthday party and said that we made her feel like a queen because she got an ice cream sundae. It really made my day, and it was a reminder of why I love my job so much – to be able to make guests happy by providing the best quality service.

When I was younger and working at a 711 a customer bought me a lottery ticket 😅

A customer regularly tips us 100 bucks every time they come in

I have gotten an Christmas card with 10 dollars in it

I had a regular come in and she had made me home made cookies and brownies. And yes they were delicious

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.
