Ideally once a month would be fine with me. If it's a few nights or a week, I'm good. I'd rather have the travel be concentrated that way rather than a few days one week and a few days the next and so on. I've done that and I could handle it, but it doesn't take long until it gets old.

I like traveling for work, but that might be because I only get to do it once or twice a year. Anything that lets me break up my daily routine is nice for me so if I got to travel more or even travel once a month, I’d be pretty excited.

I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. It felt like a used car sales pitch, I was sold a dream but given junk. I am constantly replaying moments. I have read so many books and everything leads to they were the problem. How do I recover from this?

Sales Manager vs International Manager or should it be something else?

My employer is based in China, while I am in France. I remotely manage a global sales team, with team members from around the globe. They all work remotely as well.
