What were the typical raises like at Protivity?

How do you keep track of your finances? Do you use a calendar, a specific software, what’s your favorite method?

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?

What is the difference in terms of seniority between specialist and analyst in salesforce? From my knowledge, specialist is usually more junior than analyst but the posting for the specialist role requires 3 YOE

Is this new job DOA? I’ve been in my new role 6 weeks after interviewing extensively and getting 5 offers and thinking back on those offers I turned down. Hi all! Currently in the process of a career pivot and had a question. My current company wants me to come back for a two week project in August. Is this too big of an ask on a new employer if I request unpaid leave for this time? I had asked them about delaying start date until this project is over but it was too far away, and I’ll start this month instead but haven’t yet. Is it wise to go to my company’s competitor for a promotion and risk burning a bridge?

For context, my small company was suddenly bought out by a large corp. I was about to get promoted to leadership but the new company doesn’t want to honor the title/salary increase we worked out. We only have one significant competitor in our industry, and it’s likely my best option. Love my company, been with them for years, but I’m really struggling with how frustrating this situation is.

Does the addition of “(level) II” make a difference to anybody? I am the only marketing communications specialist for a lead child-welfare nonprofit. We oversee four counties in two circuits. Director recently gave me add’l merit-based raise (after my annual raise, been here 14 months) & slight title change to Marketing Comm Specialist II. No plans to add a level 1 (would be lower) specialist but will add level 1 engagement specialist to team. Should I update resume/cards or is this confusing?

I need some help and advice! I have a new intern from Europe and he is related to higher ups! He is very dismissive and overlooks anything I say, arguing thy he doesn’t agree with what I’m asking him to do! Completely closed to learning! Recently, i was "promoted" or, I should say, my title was changed to the next ring up the ladder. As a part of this, I went from reporting to Senior Management, to Junior Management. The Jr. Manager has good intentions, but, is not helpful. I've worked at the company longer, have accomplished more across multiple lines of business and have a much stronger internal network. Am I overreacting thinking this is a major slight that will ultimately slow down my growth within the company?

Currently making $75k, which is very low compared to my counterparts. However, in February I’m supposed to get a salary adjustment with my yearly review. I got a job offer for $120k-150k which I turned down cuz I want to stay at Adobe.

How/when do I use this to leverage a good salary adjustment in Feb?
