I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this but I (25M) have a feeling a friend(23F) is hitting on me. My wife found out she makes ~25% less that her male co-worker did when he was her level of seniority, and they have the same job responsibilities and the exact same credentials (same undergrad, masters program, etc.); he now makes 50% more than she does, but has 3 more years of WE, so to me that’s not as applicable.

I love working at the bookstore and I'm proud to work with such a large group of people from different backgrounds. I'm really happy we're all here. But it probably isn't the best idea to get someone to reshelve books when they haven't been taught how to categorize them properly. It's like I spend most of the day following one of my coworkers around and discreetly fixing what he works on. He's a great guy, very personable, but wow is it frustrating.

CRAZY STUFF GOING ON!!! An angry customer SPAT on one of my coworkers today when he told her to put a mask on for everyone's safety. Mask mandates are lifted where I'm from yet the majority of people tend to wear theirs. I'm sure this lady was from out of state so it's interesting to see the different responses between states. My coworker got a rapid test and he seems to be negative for now, I hope it stays that way.
