Nova real estate is ridiculous rn, I’ve been hearing that there are owners selling to Chinese groups bc they are waiving inspection
I’m not in Strategy but know someone who is at the Tysons Office. You would either be traveling to the client or wfh. Maybe the occasionally office visit but not much.
Take whatever commute time you see on Google maps and double it, unless you’re leaving at truly odd hours (4-5am, 11pm). I recommend renting for a few months before making any purchase decisions. Good luck!
Cont. If I don't go into office as much, I would purchase a home much closer to her office. (She is also a consultant) Or closer to the airport. McLean area are expensive and would not purchase a house near there if not necessary.
Where is your wife’s office? Which airport are you referring to? Everywhere in northern va is expensive lol
Yeah I thought you were deciding between Dulles and DCA. DCA is great if you live near there. You could also look into Alexandria, VA (opposite side of the beltway)
